In-Home Discovery
In this “generous hour” we’ll see what you love about your home, and what’s not quite working for you. We’ll discuss colors you love or loathe. We’ll uncover the treasures that make your home special to you. We’ll see the non-negotiable things, and the things that you might be ready to replace. We’ll listen to your wants and dreams.
Then we’ll leave and work on a plan customized for you.
Design Plan Review
We’ll return approximately one week later with a Color Palette, Layout, and additional recommendations for furnishings (if needed). You might want a refresh of a room or two, or perhaps a remodel of the whole house. We’ll give you a plan to achieve your dream home, and the steps to get there.
We’ll listen to your feedback of this plan, update as necessary, and move forward with Step 3 if you need the help of more Trades people.
Bring It to Life
When you decide you’re ready, we’ll return with the right Trades people to get you a quote on accomplishing your plan. We’ll help the Trades person understand the scope of the project so they can give you a good quote based on what you want to achieve. In about a week, you’ll have their custom quote in both time and dollars to be able to choose when to start.
We can walk through the remodel process with you, help make the right choices of materials. In the end the only surprise is how much you love it!
